Sizes: Scarf (stole, shawl): Finished measurements: 15.5 (18.5, 21.5)" wide by 84" long from tip to tip Size shown is stole.

Yarn: Sunday Knits 3 ply (sport weight) in Angelic (merino angora), Nirvana (merino cashmere), Eden (merino) and/ or Brigadoon (merino tweed); 246 yd per 50 g skein or 99 yd per 20 g mini skein): 65 (95, 130) yd for each of 8 main colors, 60 (90, 120) yd for each of 4 neutrals and 30 (40, 55) yd for each of 3 accent colors.

Needles & Notions: Size US 6 (4 mm) for lace and 4 (3.5 mm) for garter. Stitch markers may be useful but are not necessary.

Gauge: 22 sts and 30 rows = 4" in St st using larger needles. One 14-stitch 16-row lace pattern rep will measure 23Ú4" wide and 21Ú2" high (blocked measurement). Note that the finished piece will measure narrower and longer than the gauge would predict because of the bias slant of the fabric.

Techniques used: Simple lace knitting (the only stitches used are k2tog, p2tog and yo).

Pattern includes: Written instructions, lace stitch pattern in both written and charted formats.
