Milkweed capelet

The second in my Milkweed series, this capelet is so very wearable - a warm muff for the shoulders

Seed stitch is perfect for the border and cowl neckline, and there's an interesting wide braided cable up the sides.

Knit from the bottom, flat, with a single seam, or could be modified to knit in the round if desired.

Sizes: XS (SM, ML, XL) - To fit chest sizes 28-32 (34-38, 40-44, 46-50)"
Bottom circumference: 45 (53, 61, 69)", Length to collar: 14 (15, 16, 17)", Collar/cowl circumference: 21"

Needles and notions: Needles size 7 US (4.5 mm), 9 US (5.5 mm); cable needle or double pointed needle; tapestry needle

Yarn: Sunday Knits 5 ply in Nirvana (92% merino 8% cashmere), Eden (100% merino), Brigadoon (100% merino tweed) or Angelic (75% merino 25% angora); 125 m / 137 yd per 50 g

Gauge: 18 sts and 25 rows = 4" in St st, 16 sts and 28 rows = 4" in seed st
